Perms AAT & Treatment Suitability Policy

For all new perm customers, or customers who have had any changes to their hair since their last perm appointment (i.e. colouring) we will book a free Stylist consultation around a week before your appointment, which will take around 15 minutes. 

During this appointment, the Stylist will perform checks and tests on your scalp and hair, to determine your suitability for the perm, and that the service is safe to be carried out. 

When you attend your perm appointment, another consultation will be carried out, and you will be asked specific questions, which will again, ensure the service is safe to be carried out.
